If you are a new employee and are enrolling within or after the annual enrollment period, you will need to enroll twice – once for the remainder of this year and again for next year. Please enroll at the My Benefits Portal website.

You are eligible on your first day at work. Within a couple weeks of joining the company, you will receive a letter with enrollment instructions. Alternatively, you can enroll through the My Benefits Portal website two weeks after you join the company, and before you receive the enrollment letter. It will take another two weeks before you are on Sun Life's database. After that, you can submit any claims incurred on or after the date you were hired.

Enrolling is easy. During your enrollment period, you’ll receive an email with a link to the enrollment site or you can go directly to the My Benefits Portal website. No login credentials are required if you're on SLB intranet. If you’re accessing the enrollment website externally, or from a personal computer without access to the intranet, please enter your LDAP email and LDAP password to login.

Once you've logged in, you just follow the on-screen instructions. Your SLB Flex Guide 2024 also contains step-by-step instructions. If you're having problems, help is just a phone call away. Don't forget to click on "Confirm" before you log out. If you don't, your changes will not be accepted.
If it’s during annual enrollment and the window is still open, you can change your coverage. Just log in and make your changes. Don't forget to click on "Confirm" before you log out. No. The decisions you make with respect to your HSA and PSA cannot be changed, unless it’s during annual enrollment or if you experience a life event. The Canada Revenue Agency sets the rules with respect to HSAs and stipulates that the decision with respect to allocating your flex dollars cannot be changed.
