Nutrition and Fitness
Looking for nutrition or fitness support? As an SLB employee you and your eligible dependents have access to claim support services under your Extended Health Care and Personal Spending Account (PSA) and Wellness Spending Account (WPSA). You also have access to support services for fitness and nutritional counselling through the Employee Assistance Program.

Extended Health Care and Spending Accounts
Employees and their eligible dependents have access to claim expenses from a registered dietician under their paramedical coverage within the extended health care plan. The benefit available will depend on the level of coverage chosen at enrollment.
You can claim nutritional programs like healthy cooking classes and fitness related expenses such as a gym membership or fitness classes through your Personal Spending Account (PSA).
In additional each year all employees receive $450 in their Wellness Personal Spending Account (WPSA). This benefit is primarily intended to support employee fitness and healthy living.

Employee Assistance Program
Lift Virtual Fitness
As an employee of SLB, you and your eligible dependents have access to the following services:
- Automated fitness journeys and live chat access to coaches (FREE Via the app)
- Discounted online group and personal training sessions with LIVE coaches
Through your automated fitness journeys, you’ll have access to customized sessions based on your fitness goals and current fitness levels. Your sessions include detailed workout programs with demo videos to guide you. You can also chat live online with fitness coaches who can help with any fitness, nutrition or recovery questions you have. Each fitness session lasts 30 minutes. The typical journey consists of three sessions per week for a total duration of six weeks. No equipment required!
