As we prepare for the upcoming benefit year, please note that all claims incurred in 2025 must be received by Sun Life no later than March 31, 2026, to be eligible for reimbursement.

Submitting Claims
Extended Health Care, Dental Care and Health Spending Account (HSA)
You can submit these claims:
- Online through your Sun Life account.
- Using the mySunLife Mobile App.
Personal Spending Account (PSA) and Wellness Personal Spending Account (WPSA)
- Download the appropriate claim form from Forms and Plan Documents (flat forms) or from your Sun Life account (fillable forms).
- Complete the PSA or WPSA claim form with all the required information.
- Submit your completed claim form and receipts via email to myclaims@sunlife.com or mail to the address on the form.
View your Spending Account
On the mySunLife Mobile App:
- Select Quick Actions > Coverage information:
- For PSA: select the plan under policy 151039.
- For WPSA: select plan under policy 152260.
On-line:
- Log into your Sun Life account.
- Scroll down to the Benefits section.
- Select the relevant spending account from the dropdown.
- Choose Coverage Information.
